L’obligation d’achat établie par les accords d’achat d’énergie électrique à long terme conclus entre (132) Magyar Villamos Művek Rt ainsi que Budapesti Erőmű Rt., Dunamenti Erőmű Rt., Mátrai Erőmű Rt., AES-Tisza Erőmű Kft, Csepeli Áramtermelő Kft., Paksi Atomerőmű Rt. et Pécsi Erőmű Rt (le signataire du AAE originel et le prédécesseur juridique de Pannon Hőerőmű Rt) contient une aide d’État en faveur des producteurs d’énergie électrique selon l’article 87 (1) du traité CE.

The purchase obligations as set out in the Power Purchase Agreements between Magyar Villamos Művek Rt. and Budapesti Erőmű Rt., Dunamenti Erőmű Rt., Mátrai Erőmű Rt., AES-Tisza Erőmű Kft, Csepeli Áramtermelő Kft., Paksi Atomerőmű Rt. and Pécsi Erőmű Rt (signatory of the initial PPA and predecessor of Pannon Hőerőmű Rt.) (132) constitute State aid within the meaning of Article 87(1) of the EC Treaty to the electricity generators.
