Il va sans dire que ce projet de loi a été rejeté, mais nous y voici à nouveau aujourd'hui, 10 ans plus tard: la même initiative refait surface, cette fois de la part du gouvernement du jour.
Needless to say, that bill was defeated, but here we are again today, 10 years later, with the same initiative coming forward, this time from the government of the day.
