Notre point de référence sera la Charte des droits fondamentaux et notre méthodologie comportera cinq volets, consistant à améliorer l'intégration avec les autres politiques de l'Union, la qualité de la législation européenne, la mise en œuvre au niveau national, l'utilisation des outils d'évaluation et l'adéquation des moyens financiers aux priorités politiques, dans le cadre financier pluriannuel fixé.
Our compass will be the Charter of Fundamental Rights and our methodology will be five-fold: better integration with the other policies of the Union; improving the quality of European legislation; better implementation at national level; improving the use made of evaluation tools; and matching our political priorities with adequate financial resources, within the multiannual financial framework.
