Rien ne devrait obliger un État membre d’affiliation à rembourser à une personne assurée un médicament prescrit dans l’État membre de traitement, lorsque ledit médicament ne figure pas parmi les prestations accordées à la personne assurée par le système de sécurité sociale obligatoire ou le système de santé national de l’État membre d’affiliation.
Nothing should oblige a Member State of affiliation to reimburse an insured person for a medicinal product prescribed in the Member State of treatment, where that medicinal product is not among the benefits provided to that insured person by the statutory social security system or national health system in the Member State of affiliation.

4. Lorsqu'un vétérinaire a recours aux dispositions des paragraphes 1 et 2, il tient un registre de toutes les informations appropriées, à savoir la date d'examen des animaux, l'identification du propriétaire, le nombre d'animaux traités, le diagnostic, les médicaments prescrits, les doses administrées, la durée du traitement ainsi que les temps d'attente recommandés. Il tient cette documentation à la disposition des autorités compétentes, à des fins d'inspection, pendant cinq ans au moins.
4. When a veterinarian has recourse to the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article, he shall keep adequate records of the date of examination of the animals, details of the owner, the number of animals treated, the diagnosis, the medicinal products prescribed, the doses administered, the duration of treatment and the withdrawal periods recommended, and shall make these records available for inspection by the competent authorities for a period of at least five years.

5. Si une autorité compétente ne classe pas un médicament dans l'une des sous-catégories visées à l'article 70, paragraphe 2, elle doit néanmoins tenir compte des critères visés aux paragraphes 2 et 3 du présent article pour déterminer si un médicament doit être classé dans la catégorie des médicaments délivrés uniquement sur prescription médicale.
5. If a competent authority does not designate medicinal products into sub-categories referred to in Article 70(2), it shall nevertheless take into account the criteria referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article in determining whether any medicinal product shall be classified as a prescription-only medicine.
