Les décisions prises par le CRU au titre de l'article 8 du règlement (CE) no 1049/2001 peuvent faire l'objet d'une plainte auprès du Médiateur européen ou faire l'objet d'une procédure devant la Cour de justice, le cas échéant après un recours auprès du comité d'appel visé à l'article 85 du présent règlement, dans les conditions prévues respectivement aux articles 228 et 263 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne.
