Le présent accord est ratifié ou approuvé par les parties contractantes conformément à leurs procédures internes respectives et entre en vigueur le premier jour du deuxième mois suivant la date de la dernière des deux notifications par lesquelles les parties contractantes se notifient mutuellement l'achèvement desdites procédures.
1. This Agreement shall be ratified or approved by the Contracting Parties in accordance with their respective internal procedures and shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date of the later of the two notifications by which the Contracting Parties notify each other that those procedures have been completed.

Les conventions entreront en vigueur à la date à laquelle les deux partie contractantes se seront mutuellement notifié l'achèvement de toutes les formalités nécessaires à la conclusion desdites conventions.
The Agreements will enter into force on the date when both Contracting Parties have notified each other of the completion of all necessary formalities for their conclusion.
