Malgré la proposition plus audacieuse du rapporteur, nous avons voté un texte qui ne comporte ni le mot de "révision", comme si ce terme était devenu obscène, une sorte de vilain mot qui commencerait par r, comme il y a un vilain mot qui commence par f, ni de montants, comme s'il était possible d'arriver à une négociation sans préciser des montants.
In spite of the rapporteur’s bolder proposal, we have voted in a text which does not mention the word “revision”, as if it was too vulgar a term, the r word rather than the f word, nor does it mention amounts, as if it were possible to reach any negotiated solution without specifying the amounts involved.
