(a) For the purpose of this Regulation, raisin spirit or raisin brandy shall mean a spirit drink produced by the distillation of the product obtained by the alcoholic fermentation of extract of dried grapes of the "Corinth Black" or "Moscatel of Alexandria" varieties, distilled at less than 94,5% vol., so that the distillate has an aroma and taste derived from the raw material used.

F. FRUITS ET LEGUMES TRANSFORMES - Pour les produits transformés à base de tomates, maintien pour les deux prochaines campagne du système des seuils ainsi que du système de limitation de la quantité globale bénéficiant de l'aide. - Introduction d'un seuil de garantie pour les raisins secs des variétés "Moscatel" égal à 3.500 tonnes et pour les pêchesau sirop : égal à la moyenne des quantités produites pendant les trois dernières campagnes.
F. PROCESSED FRUIT AND VEGETABLES - For processed tomato products, maintenance for the next two marketing years of the threshold system and of the system of restriction on the overall quantity qualifying for aid, - introduction of a guarantee threshold for dried grapes of the "Moscatel" varieties of 3 500 tonnes and for peaches in syrup: equal to the average quantities produced during the last three marketing years.
