Si l’accord sur la fiscalité de l’épargne n’est pas conclu par Andorre avant cette date, les négociations relatives à l’accord monétaire seront suspendues en attendant cette conclusion et reprendront immédiatement après.
If the agreement on the taxation of savings has not been concluded by Andorra before the agreed date, the negotiations on the monetary agreement shall be suspended until such conclusion has taken place.
