Par ordonnance du 29 octobre 2015, la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne (première chambre) a jugé qu’elle est manifestement incompétente pour se prononcer sur le recours en annulation introduit par Monsieur Udo Voigt le 31 juillet 2015 et a renvoyé l’affaire au Tribunal de l’Union européenne.
By Order of 29 October 2015, the Court of Justice of the European Union (First Chamber) held that it clearly does not have jurisdiction to decide on the action for annulment brought by Mr Udo Voigt on 31 July 2015 and referred the case to the General Court of the European Union.
