Par conséquent, je suis essentiellement d'accord avec la notion d'équité en matière d'emploi et l'obligation pour un employeur d'assurer l'égalité d'accès à tous, peu importe les circonstances de leur naissance ou le handicap que la vie a pu leur imposer par la suite (1825) Toutefois, il me semble que ce projet de loi ne tient pas compte de la mondialisation de l'économie et du nouvel ordre mondial dont nous sommes témoins; l'emploi y prend une forme très différente de ce dont traite ce projet de loi et la majorité des lois récemment adoptées.
I am therefore basically in support of the idea of employment equity and the requirement that employers give equal opportunity for all people regardless of the circumstances of their birth or what life may have imposed on them by way of disability after birth (1825 ) However, the bill has not done a good job of looking at the global economy of the new world order we are now living in, which has presented a much different form of employment than what this bill and what most of the legislation that governments have put together deal with.
