6) Le libellé de l'article premier doit être modifié comme suit: "Le présent règlement définit les conditions, les modalités et les procédures de mise en œuvre du concours communautaire octroyé au titre de l'article 155, paragraphe 1, premier alinéa, troisième tiret, du traité en faveur de projets d'intérêt commun dans le domaine des réseaux transeuropéens d'infrastructure des télécommunications et aux projets d'intérêt commun dans le domaine des réseaux transeuropéens d'infrastructure des transports et de l'énergie qui sont visés à l'article 20, troisième alinéa, du règlement (CE) n° 680/2007".
6) The wording of Article 1 should be adapted so as to read as follows: "This Regulation defines the conditions and procedures for granting Community aid under Article 155(1), first subparagraph, third indent, of the Treaty to projects of common interest in the field of trans-European networks for telecommunications infrastructures and to the projects of common interest in the field of trans-European networks for transport and energy infrastructures which are referred to in Article 20, third paragraph, of Regulation (EC) No 680/2007".

This Regulation defines the conditions, means and the procedures for the granting of Community aid to projects of common interest in the field of the trans-European transport and energy networks on the basis of Article 155 (1) of the Treaty.

1. Le concours communautaire ne peut couvrir que les dépenses afférentes au projet et supportées par les bénéficiaires ou par des tiers chargés de l'exécution de celui-ci.
1. Community aid may cover only the expenditure related to the project and borne by the recipients or by third parties in implementing it.

Le concours communautaire au titre du présent règlement est octroyé pour la période 2000-2006, sauf en ce qui concerne le concours communautaire pour la Croatie, qui est octroyé pour la période 2005-2006.
Community assistance under this Regulation shall be granted during the period from 2000 to 2006, with the exception of Community assistance for Croatia which shall be granted during the period from 2005 to 2006.

This Regulation should not exempt aid cumulated with other State aid, including aid granted by national, regional or local authorities, with public support granted within the framework of Regulation (EC) No 2792/1999 or with Community assistance, in relation to the same eligible costs, when such cumulation exceeds the thresholds fixed in that Regulation.

Il s'agit de programmes monofonds, le concours communautaire étant assuré par le seul FEDER ; les concours du FSE et du FEOGA interviennent dans le cadre des programmes de l'objectif 3 et des PDR/LEADER+.
