La Commission propose, dès lors, de modifier ledit règlement afin de clarifier, d’une part, les modalités de fonctionnement des règles de compétence juridictionnelle dans le cadre de la juridiction unifiée du brevet, d’autre part, les modalités d’application des dispositions du règlement dans les relations entre les États membres, parties à l’accord relatif à une juridiction unifiée du brevet, et les États membres non parties.
