Moustafa Nouh, en enlevant son enfant et en l'emmenant en Égypte, a violé à la fois le Code criminel canadien, le droit civil québécois, la Convention des Nations Unies sur les droits des enfants, la Convention de La Haye sur les aspects civils de l'enlèvement international d'enfants.
