- Monsieur le Président, tout d’abord un très grand merci à Mme Meissner, notre rapporteure, pour son excellent rapport et surtout son excellente collaboration avec l’intergroupe «Mers et zones côtières» que je préside et qui a pu faire adopter par son intermédiaire des amendements sur des sujets qui étaient chers à ses membres.
