The Council was informed by the Presidency of the letter sent on 29 November by Mr MOSCOVICI to Ms FONTAINE, President of the European Parliament, reflecting the tenor of the discussions of the Council on 20 November on the main questions to be settled in the statute for Members of the European Parliament.
