Ne m'obligez pas à rappeler ici leurs noms, mais je ne dois pas regarder très loin pour voir dans ces mêmes sièges ceux qui applaudissent à présent la proposition de créer un procureur européen mais qui n'ont pas hésité à voter contre lorsque Mme Theato et moi-même avons soumis cette proposition il y a deux ans, qui anticipait bien sûr qu'elle exigeait que l'on avance dans la création d'un espace judiciaire européen et que l'on modifie les Traités.
Do not oblige me to mention any names, but I do not have to look far to see people in these very seats who now applaud the proposal to create a European Public Prosecutor, but who had no hesitation in voting against it when Mrs Theato and myself proposed it a couple of years ago, anticipating that this would require going ahead with the creation of a European judicial area and amending the Treaties.
