New paragraph 5(3)(b) of the OASA refers to section 33.1 of the Act, which states that the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development (the Minister) may conclude agreements with federal institutions, provincial governments and public bodies in order to obtain information for the purposes of administering the OASA.
