C. considérant que les Nations unies et 65 organisations internationales des droits de l'homme ont dit craindre que Sombath Somphone pourrait avoir été victime d'une disparition forcée, éventuellement liée à son activité professionnelle, et qu'ils ont fait part de leur très vive inquiétude quant à sa sécurité et à l'absence de progrès et d'informations sur les enquêtes menées par les autorités laotiennes concernant les faits liés à sa disparition;
C. whereas the UN and 65 international human rights organisations have expressed fears that Sombath Somphone may have been subjected to enforced disappearance, possibly related to his work, as well as their grave concern over his safety and the lack of progress and information in the investigations by the Lao authorities into the facts of his disappearance;
