4 (1) Le ministre fédéral verse au Compte de recettes, dans les 10 jours ouvrables suivant la date d’entrée en vigueur du présent règlement, un montant égal au total des montants visés au sous-alinéa 219(2)a)(i) de la Loi qui ont été perçus au cours de la période commençant à la date d’entrée en vigueur de la Loi et se terminant le dernier jour du deuxième mois précédant la date d’entrée en vigueur du présent règlement, et versés au Trésor.
4 (1) The Federal Minister shall credit to the Revenue Account, within 10 working days after the day on which these Regulations come into force, an amount equal to the aggregate of the amounts referred to in subparagraph 219(2)(a)(i) of the Act that were collected during the period beginning on the date on which the Act came into force and ending on the last day of the second previous month prior to the date on which these Regulations come into force and paid into the Consolidated Revenue Fund.

3 (1) The Federal Minister shall credit the Revenue Fund, within 10 working days after the day on which these Regulations come into force, with an amount equal to the aggregate of the following amounts assessed or reassessed or received, as the case may be, during the period beginning on April 4, 1987 and ending on the last day of the second month prior to the date on which these Regulations come into force, and paid into the Consolidated Revenue Fund:

En outre, les fonds versés sur ce compte ne doivent être utilisés que pour l’achat d’électricité verte et OeMAG doit à tout moment permettre au ministre fédéral de l’économie et de l’emploi ainsi qu’à la Cour des comptes autrichienne d’examiner tous les documents relatifs à ce compte.
The funds collected on this account can be used only for the purpose of purchasing renewable electricity. OeMAG must grant access at any time to all documents concerning the account to the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour or to the Austrian Court of Auditors.
