Avant de poser quelques questions à la ministre, je voudrais de nouveau affirmer pour le compte rendu, madame la présidente, que chaque fois sans exception qu'un ministre comparaît devant ce Comité c'est qu'il y a un projet de loi, dans le même ministère, qui est en train d'être étudié par la Chambre.
Before I ask a few questions of the minister, I do want to again put on the record, Madam Chair, that it seems, without exception, whenever we have a minister appear before this committee, there is inevitably a bill, in the same department, before the House, being debated.
