Le Conseil n'a pas intégré cet amendement parce qu'il est indispensable que le Parlement européen donne au minimum quelques éclaircissements et explications et que la formulation pourrait être améliorée.
The Council did not integrate this amendment as there is at least the need for some clarification and explanations from the EP side and the wording could be improved.
