Par contre, la Commission n'a pas formulé d'objection concernant une distribution de shares dans la Dairy Crest ou une distribution du surplus qui éventuellement restera au Residuary Board après le paiement des dettes du Milk Marketing Board ; elle a considéré que ces mesures permettent le passage du quasi-monopole de Milk Marketing Board à un marché libre où chaque producteur de lait sera libre d'exercer son activité sur une base libre et volontaire.
The Commission has raised no objection to distribution of Dairy Crest's shares and of any surplus held by the Residuary Board following payment of the MMB's debts. It considers that these measures permit passage from the MMB's virtual monopoly to a free market where each milk producer can operate in line with his own decisions.
