Il est constant entre les parties ayant soumis leurs observations que la Grèce était en 2010 le point d’entrée dans l’Union de près de 90 % des migrants illégaux, de sorte que la charge que cet État supporte est disproportionnée par rapport à celle grevant les autres États membres et que les autorités grecques sont dans l’incapacité matérielle d’y faire face.
The parties which have submitted observations agree that in 2010 Greece was the point of entry in the European Union of almost 90% of illegal immigrants, resulting in a disproportionate burden being borne by that State compared to other Member States and the inability of the Greek authorities to cope with the situation in practice.
