annuler la décision C(2014) 3192 final du 26 mai 2014, adoptée dans l’affaire d’aide d’État SA.38517 (2014/NN) — Micula/Roumanie (sentence arbitrale du CIRDI) enjoignant à la Roumanie de suspendre toute action susceptible de mener à l’exécution ou à la mise en œuvre de la sentence du 11 décembre 2013 rendue par un tribunal arbitral établi sous les auspices du Centre international pour le règlement des différends relatifs aux investissements dans l’affaire Ioan Micula, Viorel Micula et autres/Roumanie (CIRDI, affaire no ARB/05/20), l’exécution de la sentence étant considérée par la Commission comme une aide d’État illégale, et ce dans l’attente d’une décision définitive de la Commission sur la compatibilité de cette aide d’État avec le marché intérieur;
annul the decision C(2014) 3192 final of 26 May 2014 issued in Case State aid SA.38517 (2014/NN) — Micula v Romania (ICSID arbitration award) ordering Romania to suspend any action which may lead to the execution or implementation of the award of 11 December 2013 rendered by an Arbitral Tribunal established under the auspices of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes in the case Ioan Micula, Viorel Micula and others v. Romania (ICSID Case No. ARB/05/20), as the Commission considers that the execution of the award constitutes unlawful State aid, until the Commission has taken a final decision on the compatibility of that State aid with the internal market;
