La libération de la bande de fréquences 800 MHz sera retardée en Bulgarie car, conformément à l’article 1er, paragraphe 3, du RSPP, le pays a annoncé que la bande 800 MHz continuerait à être utilisée par les forces armées jusqu'au retrait du matériel en service.
The availability of the 800 MHz spectrum will be delayed in Bulgaria as, in accordance with Article 1(3) of the RSPP, it notified the continued use of the 800 MHz band by the military until the equipment in use is phased out.
