Under the competition rules of the ECSC Treaty, the Commission has authorized Eisen und Metall AG, Gelsenkirchen (EM) and Hansa Rohstoffe GmbH, Düesseldorf (Hansa), to join Hoesch Rohstoff GmbH (Hoesch) in controlling jointly the Dortmunder Shredder GmbH, Dortmund (DSH).
