Suite à la notification de la Commission par le Danemark de sa décision d’appliquer le contenu du règlement (CE) no 4/2009 dans la mesure où ledit règlement modifie le règlement (CE) no 44/2001 et le contenu du règlement d’exécution (UE) no 1142/2011 relatif à la compétence judiciaire et l’exécution des décisions en matière civile et commerciale, cet accord dresse la liste des autorités administratives danoises en charge des questions régies par ces deux règlements.
Following Denmark's notification of the Commission of its decision to implement the content of Council Regulation (EC) No 4/2009 to the extent that it amends Regulation (EC) No 44/2001 and the content of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1142/2011 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters, this agreement lists the Danish administrative authorities dealing with matters covered by these two regulations.

56 (1) Quiconque exploite un appareil de sondage doit prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires et raisonnables afin d’appliquer le présent règlement et de s’assurer qu’il est observé par tous et chacun des employés; en outre, le maître-foreur et le foreur doivent prendre toutes les mesures raisonnables pour faire observer toutes les dispositions du présent règlement qui s’appliquent aux travaux dont chacun a la surveillance et s’assurer que ledit règlement est observé par les ouvriers sous leurs ordres et leur direction.
56 (1) A person who operates a drilling rig shall take all necessary and reasonable measures to enforce these Regulations and to ensure that they are observed by each and every employee; and a toolpusher and a driller shall take all reasonable measures to enforce the requirements of all such regulations as are applicable to the work over which he has supervision and to ensure that the same are observed by workmen under his charge and direction.
