The Commission considers that these conditions are now met both regarding - the purchase of FATER's Spanish/Portuguese business by the Excel Group, composed by Spanish and international investors (Five Arrows Iberian Fund, Centro Asegurador, Excel Partners S.A., Rothschild Europe S.V.), to be headed by a Managing Director experienced in branded consumer goods (hygiene, paper and absorbents) - as well as - the acquisition of FATER's Italian business by the Bolton International Group, a Luxembourg company active in the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of branded consumer goods (a.o. UHU, Rio Mare, Fornet, Merito, Roberts and Citrocil) in Italy and the rest of the EEC.
