L'Union européenne condamne toute ingérence extérieure en République du Congo, notamment l'intervention de forces étrangères, en violation de la Charte des Nations Unies, et demande que toutes les forces étrangères, mercenaires compris, soient immédiatement retirées.
The European Union condemns any outside interference in the Republic of the Congo, particularly the intervention of foreign forces, in breach of the United Nations Charter, and asks for all foreign forces including mercenaries to be withdrawn immediately.
