Cet article dispose que les États membres participants confient à l'OEB, conformément à l’article 12 du règlement xx/xx [dispositions de fond], la gestion d’un système de compensation pour les demandeurs qui déposent leur demande de brevet dans une langue officielle de l’Union autre que l'une des langues officielles de l’Office.
This Article provides that the administration of a compensation scheme for applicants filing patent applications in one of the official languages of the Union that is not an official language of the European Patent Office is entrusted by the participating Member States to the European Patent Office, in accordance with Article 12 of Regulation xx/xx [substantive provisions].

2. 2. In accordance with Article 12 of Regulation xx/xx [substantive provisions], the participating Member States, shall give, within the meaning of Article 143 of the EPC, the European Patent Office the task of publishing the translations referred to in paragraph 1 as soon as possible after the date on which a request for unitary effect as referred to in Article 12 of Regulation xx/xx [substantive provisions] is filed.

1. The participating Member States shall give, within the meaning of Article 143 of the EPC, the European Patent Office the following tasks to be carried out in conformity with the internal rules of the European Patent Office:

After the end of the transitional period referred to in Article 6 and in accordance with Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No [.../2012] of the European Parliament and of the Council implementing enhanced cooperation in the area of the creation of unitary patent protection, the participating Member States shall, pursuant to Article 143 of the EPC, give the European Patent Office the task of publishing an additional full translation of the specification into English, if such additional translation has been provided voluntarily by the applicant.

2 ter.
