Les premiers points, je crois, nous ne l’avons pas assez évoqué, ce sont des points qui nous permettent d’aller de l’avant lorsqu’il s’agit d’harmoniser les bases sur lesquelles chaque État membre élaborera demain son budget, les perspectives macroéconomiques qui seront prises en compte et l’amélioration des appareils statistiques pour évaluer les résultats de tel ou tel État membre.
The first points, which I believe we have not discussed sufficiently, are the points that allow us to move ahead in terms of harmonising the bases on which each Member State will draw up its budget in the future, identifying the macroeconomic perspectives to be taken into account and improving the statistical instruments for assessing the results of a particular Member State.
