Je pense que ce que font les amendements du gouvernement c'est remédier à la déficience du deuxième attendu du L-30 et c'est pourquoi, moi qui vient d'un atelier d'usine, un de ces ateliers cités par M. McGuinty tout à l'heure, je suis en faveur de ce type d'amendement.
I think what the government's amendments do here is remedy the deficiency in the second “Whereas” in L-30, and that's why I'm prepared, as a guy who comes off the shop floor, as Mr. McGuinty alluded to earlier, to support this type of an amendment.
