In Appendix A, we would certify that all promotional materials had been produced, accepted and distributed in accordance with the agreement, that all visibility elements had been produced, accepted and displayed in accordance with the agreement, and that two copies of a final event report, consistent with the requirements set out in Appendix B, had been produced by the organizer and received by us, thereby allowing us to submit our report to Public Works.
