46. souligne que le parallélisme entre l'extension du pouvoir budgétaire du Parlement à toutes les dépenses de l'Union et la quasi-généralisation de la codécision en matière législative appelle une plus grande prise en considération de la dimension budgétaire de l'activité législative; considère comme nécessaire, à cette fin, d'accroître la coopération entre la commission des budgets et les commissions sectorielles afin de prendre dûment en considération l'impact de l'activité législative du Parlement en matière financière, notamment en ce qui concerne son impact sur le CFP et sur le budget annuel; propose, dans cette optique, que les comités de conciliation législative sur des matières ayant un impact financier intègrent un membre de la commission des budgets; rappelle, à cet effet, les travaux du groupe de travail sur la réforme parlementaire, notamment en ce qui concerne les formes spécifiques de coopération entre les commissions parlementaires évoquées dans le troisième rapport intermédiaire;
46. Emphasises that the parallelism between the extension of Parliament's budgetary powers to cover all Union expenditure and the widening of the codecision procedure to encompass almost all legislation calls for greater account to be taken of the budgetary dimension to legislative activity; with that aim in view, regards it as essential that cooperation between the Committee on Budgets and the sectoral committees should be stepped up in order to take due account of the financial impact of Parliament's legislative activity, in particular its impact on the MFF and the annual budget; proposes, accordingly, that the legislative conciliation committees on matters with financial implications should include a member of the Committee on Budgets; to that end, draws attention to the work of the Working Party on Parliamentary Reform, not least as regards the specific forms of cooperation between parliamentary committees set out in the third interim report;

Au vu de l'évolution de la situation dans les Balkans, notamment au Kosovo, les deux branches de l'autorité budgétaire invitent la Commission à présenter, lorsque les besoins auront été constatés et estimés, les propositions nécessaires en matière budgétaire, y compris, le cas échéant, une proposition de révision des perspectives financières.
In view of developments in the Balkan situation, particularly in Kosovo, the two arms of the budgetary authority request the Commission, when needs have been ascertained and estimated, to submit the necessary budget proposals, including, if appropriate, a proposal for revision of the financial perspective.
