Mes remerciements vont au rapporteur, M. Markus Ferber, car il a su concilier les intérêts du Parlement avec ceux du Conseil, me semble-t-il, de sorte que nous obtenions cette semaine, selon moi, une bonne majorité pour un bon compromis.
I thank the rapporteur, Mr Ferber, as I think he has brought the various Parliamentary interests and the Council together, so that this week, I believe, we can manage to get a good majority for a good compromise.
