La société Ningbo Favored Commodity Co., Ltd (ci-après dénommée «Ningbo Favored») a demandé comment les données provenant d’un seul producteur turc pouvaient s’avérer suffisamment représentatives pour établir une marge de dumping pour l’ensemble des producteurs-exportateurs chinois et s’est étonnée du fait que les prix sur le marché intérieur turc soient nettement plus élevés qu’au sein de l’Union.
The company Ningbo Favored Commodity Co., Ltd (‘Ningbo Favored’) questioned how the data of a single Turkish producer could be sufficiently representative to establish a dumping margin for the entirety of all Chinese exporting producers, and considered it to be surprising that the domestic prices in Turkey were significantly higher than in the Union.

Conformément à l’article 2, paragraphe 7, point a), du règlement de base, la valeur normale a été déterminée sur la base d’informations émanant du producteur du pays analogue ayant coopéré, à savoir sur la base du prix payé ou à payer sur le marché intérieur turc par les clients indépendants.
Pursuant to Article 2(7)(a) of the basic Regulation, normal value was established on the basis of information received from the cooperating producer in the analogue country, i.e. on the basis of the price paid or payable on the domestic market of Turkey by unrelated customers.
