1. La Communauté et l'ancienne République yougoslave de Macédoine établissent progressivement une zone de libre-échange pendant une période transitoire de dix ans au maximum à compter de la date d'entrée en vigueur du présent accord, conformément aux dispositions du présent accord et dans le respect des dispositions qui régissent le GATT de 1994 et l'OMC.
1. The Community and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia shall gradually establish a free trade area over a period lasting a maximum of 10 years starting from the entry into force of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with those of the GATT 1994 and the WTO.
