Merger Regulation The European Commission has authorised the acquisition by Allied Lyons plc of sole control of the Hiram Walker Europa-Pedro Domecq group, currently jointly controlled by Allied Lyons itself and a Dutch holding company, Carrizuelo Investment BV, which is in turn controlled by Mr. Mora-Figueroa.
