2. Les avoirs en comptes de réévaluation spéciaux provenant des contributions visées à l’article 48.2 des statuts du SEBC au titre des banques centrales des États membres dont la dérogation a pris fin sont utilisés pour compenser les moins-values latentes lorsqu’elles excèdent les plus-values de réévaluation antérieures comptabilisées dans le compte de réévaluation (standard) correspondant, tel que cela est énoncé à l’article 13, paragraphe 1, point c), de l’orientation BCE/2010/20, avant la compensation de telles pertes conformément à l’article 33.2 des statuts du SEBC.
2. Holdings on special revaluation accounts stemming from contributions in accordance with Article 48.2 of the Statute of the ESCB with respect to central banks of Member States for which the derogation has been abrogated shall be used to offset unrealised losses when exceeding previous revaluation gains registered in the corresponding standard revaluation account as laid down by Article 13(1)(c) of Guideline ECB/2010/20, prior to the offsetting of such losses in accordance with Article 33.2 of the Statute of the ESCB.

Welcomes the Social Partners Summit which was convened within the framework of the Barcelona Summit and the intention to have a Social Summit every year preceding the Spring European Councils; takes note of the invitation to social partners to produce an annual report on their efforts at national and European level in the Employment strategy to be presented to this Summit, but stresses the autonomy of the European social partners as to the content of the multiannual programme to be presented in December 2002; calls on the Commission, the Council, the ECB and the social partners to improve the macro-economic dialogue by a combination of productivity oriented wage policies and a monetary and financial policy designed to strengthen economic recovery, so that both elements support the push for full employment; calls for macro-economic dialogue to be stepped up further so that it can make a contribution to setting up the BEPG;

Une réunion semestrielle commune des commissions économique/de l'emploi, tenue avant l'adoption des grandes orientations économiques et des lignes directrices pour l'emploi, avec la participation du Président de la BCE et des partenaires sociaux, constituerait un forum de concertation.
Holding a bi-annual joint meeting of the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs and Industrial Policy and the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs ahead of the adoption of the economic and employment guidelines, with the participation of both the chairman of the ECB and the social partners, would provide a forum for consultation.
