Définition: Cette catégorie concerne des anomalies de la personnalité et du comportement chez l'adulte, survenant en l'absence de troubles préalables de la personnalité et faisant suite à un facteur de stress, soit catastrophique, soit excessif et prolongé, ou à une maladie psychiatrique sévère. Ce diagnostic ne doit être porté que dans les cas où on a la preuve d'un changement manifeste et durable des modes de perception, de relation ou de pensée concernant l'environnement ou soi-même. La modification de la personnalité doit être significative et être associée à un comportement rigide et mal adapté, absent avant la survenue de l'événement pathogène. La modification ne doit pas être la manifestation directe d'un autre trouble mental ni un symptôme résiduel d'un trouble mental antérieur.
Definition: Disorders of adult personality and behaviour that have developed in persons with no previous personality disorder following exposure to catastrophic or excessive prolonged stress, or following a severe psychiatric illness. These diagnoses should be made only when there is evidence of a definite and enduring change in a person's pattern of perceiving, relating to, or thinking about the environment and himself or herself. The personality change should be significant and be associated with inflexible and maladaptive behaviour not present before the pathogenic experience. The change should not be a direct manifestation of another mental disorder or a residual symptom of any antecedent mental disorder.

L’article 1er, paragraphe 9, deuxième alinéa, sous c), de la directive 2004/18/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil, du 31 mars 2004, relative à la coordination des procédures de passation des marchés publics de travaux, de fournitures et de services, doit être interprété en ce sens qu’un organisme, tel un ordre professionnel de droit public, ne remplit ni le critère relatif au financement majoritaire par les pouvoirs publics lorsque cet organisme est financé majoritairement par les cotisations payées par ses membres, dont la loi l’habilite à fixer et à percevoir le montant, dans le cas où cette loi ne détermine pas l’étendue et les modalités des actions que ledit organisme entreprend dans le cadre de l’accomplissement de ses missions légales, que ces cotisations sont destinées à financer, ni le critère relatif au contrôle de la gestion par les pouvoirs publics du seul fait que la décision par laquelle le même organisme fixe le montant desdites cotisations doit être approuvée par une autorité de tutelle.

(31) considérant que, pendant une période transitoire, les États membres doivent pouvoir maintenir des organismes existants ayant compétence sur leur territoire pour connaître des cas où le droit de retransmission au public par câble d'un programme aura été arbitrairement refusé ou proposé à des conditions abusives par un organisme de radiodiffusion; qu'il est entendu que le droit des parties concernées d'être entendues par cet organisme doit être garanti et que l'existence de cet organisme ne doit pas priver les parties concernées d'un accès normal aux juridictions;
(31) Whereas for a transitional period Member States should be allowed to retain existing bodies with jurisdiction in their territory over cases where the right to retransmit a programme by cable to the public has been unreasonably refused or offered on unreasonable terms by a broadcasting organization; whereas it is understood that the right of parties concerned to be heard by the body should be guaranteed and that the existence of the body should not prevent the parties concerned from having normal access to the courts;

Trade in animals of species susceptible to the diseases listed in Annex A or to the diseases listed in Annex B, where the Member State of destination applies the guarantee provided for in Articles 14 and 15, and trade in semen, ova or embryos of such animals consigned to and from bodies, institutes or centres approved in accordance with Annex C shall be subject to production of a transport document corresponding to the specimen in Annex E. This document, which must be completed by the veterinarian responsible for the body, institute or centre of origin, must specify that the animals, semen, ova or embryos come from a body, institute or centre approved in accordance with Annex C and must accompany them during transport.
