Le principal défi auquel nous faisons face, tout comme de nombreux pays en développement, de nombreuses ONG qui désirent une réforme et font du bon travail, consiste, en dépit de l’opposition des néolibéraux, mais aussi de celle d’un certain nombre de nos collègues au Parlement qui s’opposent à la reprise des négociations ainsi que celle de ceux des antimondialistes qui voient toute nouvelle négociation d’un mauvais œil, à la mettre malgré tout en branle.
