The competent authorities of the receiving UCITS home Member State shall inform those of the merging UCITS home Member State within10 working days of receipt of the information referred to in paragraph 2 either that they are satisfied with the proposed information to be provided to the unit-holders of the receiving UCITS or that they have required that the receiving UCITS clarifies that information.

4. Member States shall also ensure that the entry into effect of the merger be made public on the website of both the competent authorities of the merging UCITS home Member State and of the competent authorities of the receiving UCITS home Member State.
