Afin de renforcer la surveillance prudentielle des établissements et la protection de leurs clients, tout réviseur devrait avoir l'obligation d'informer rapidement les autorités compétentes lorsque, dans l'exercice de sa mission, il prend connaissance de certains faits qui sont de nature à porter gravement atteinte à la situation financière ou à l'organisation administrative et comptable d'un établissement.
For the purposes of strengthening the prudential supervision of institutions and the protection of clients of institutions, auditors should have a duty to report promptly to the competent authorities, wherever, during the performance of their tasks, they become aware of certain facts which are liable to have a serious effect on the financial situation or the administrative and accounting organisation of an institution.

(27) For the purposes of strengthening the prudential supervision of institutions and the protection of clients of credit institutions, auditors should have a duty to report promptly to the competent authorities, wherever, during the performance of their tasks, they become aware of certain facts which are liable to have a serious effect on the financial situation or the administrative and accounting organisation of an institution.

La décision 87/600/Euratom du 14 décembre 1987 concernant des modalités communautaires en vue de l'échange rapide d'informations dans le cas d'une situation d'urgence radiologique fait obligation aux États membres de communiquer des informations à la Commission et aux autres États membres en cas d'urgence radiologique sur son territoire, et la directive 89/618/Euratom du Conseil du 27 novembre 1989 impose aux États membres des obligations concernant l'information de la population sur les mesures de protection sanitaire applicables et sur le comportement à adopter en cas d'urgence radiologique, ainsi que la fourniture d'informations préalables et en continu aux personnes susceptibles d'être affectées en cas d'urgence radiologique.
Council Decision 87/600/Euratom of 14 December 1987 on Community arrangements for the early exchange of information in the event of a radiological emergency imposes obligations on Member States to notify and provide information to the Commission and to other Member States in case of a radiological emergency on its territory, whilst Council Directive 89/618 Euratom of 27 November 1989 includes requirements on Member States to inform the public about health protection measures to be applied and steps to be taken in the event of a radiological emergency, and to provide advance and continuing information to the population likely to be affected in the event of a such an emergency.

For the purpose of strengthening the prudential supervision of UCITS or of undertakings contributing towards their business activity and protection of clients of UCITS or of undertakings contributing towards their business activity, auditors should have a duty to report promptly to the competent authorities, wherever, as provided for by this Directive, they become aware, while carrying out their tasks, of facts which are likely to have a serious effect on the financial situation or the administrative and accounting organisation of a UCITS, or an undertaking contributing towards its business activity.

(27) Afin de renforcer la surveillance prudentielle des établissements de crédit ainsi que la protection des clients des établissements de crédit, tout réviseur devrait avoir l'obligation d'informer rapidement les autorités compétentes lorsque, dans l'exercice de sa mission, il prend connaissance de certains faits qui sont de nature à affecter gravement la situation financière ou l'organisation administrative et comptable d'un établissement de crédit.
(27) For the purpose of strengthening the prudential supervision of credit institutions and the protection of clients of credit institutions, auditors should have a duty to report promptly to the competent authorities, wherever, during the performance of their tasks, they become aware of certain facts which are liable to have a serious effect on the financial situation or the administrative and accounting organisation of a credit institution.

S'agissant de l'évaluation correcte de la sécurité des produits cosmétiques, le fabricant est obligé de mettre rapidement à la disposition des autorités de contrôle des États membres toutes les informations concernant ses produits cosmétiques (article 7a de la directive).
Regarding an adequate safety assessment of cosmetic products, there is an obligation for the manufacturer to keep information on its cosmetic products readily accessible for the control authorities of the Member States (Article 7a of the Directive).
