Les références figurant dans le règlement (UE) no 73/2010 à l'annexe 15 de la convention de Chicago doivent donc être mises à jour afin de satisfaire aux obligations légales internationales des États membres et de garantir la cohérence avec le cadre réglementaire international de l'OACI.
The references in Regulation (EU) No 73/2010 to Annex 15 to the Chicago Convention should therefore be updated in order to meet the Member States' international legal obligations and ensure consistency with ICAO's international regulatory framework provided.
