Le troisième, appelé "Urban and Village Renewal" sera mis en oeuvre par le biais : - de 5 initiatives principales réalisées dans 5 villes (County Boroughs) impliquant un soutien pour un plan d'action intégré en faveur d'une zone clé dans chacune de ces villes, le thème de chaque plan dépendant des besoins prioritaires de la ville en cause; - d'une série d'actions appelées "Urban and Village Improvement Measures", applicables à tout le territoire du pays, et comprenant une série déterminée de mesures d'amélioration de l'environnement; - d'une série d'interventions à travers des sociétés municipales, des groupes de conservation et des autorités locales en vue de restaurer et remettre en honneur les constructions typiques.
3. The third one, "Urban and Village Renewal", will be put into effect through: - 5 major initiatives in the 5 cities (County Boroughs) involving support for an integrated action plan for a key area in each of the cities with the theme for each programme depending on the priority needs of the city concerned. - A range of Urban and Village Improvement Measures operating throughout the country which will include a selective series of environmental up- grading measures. - A range of interventions, through civic trusts, conservation groups and local auth orities, to restore and rehabilitate landmark buildings.
