Vu que la rentabilité de l’industrie communautaire était remarquablement faible en 2003, l’amélioration apparente observée au cours de la période considérée ne lui a permis d’atteindre qu’un niveau de rentabilité bien inférieur à celui qui pourrait être acceptable dans ce type d’industrie.
Given that the profitability of the Community industry was remarkably low in 2003, the apparent increase shown in the period considered led to a level of profitability still far below the level which could be acceptable in this type of industry.
