Afin de garantir l'application correcte du présent règlement, la liste des pays tiers exportant des porcins domestiques ou des viandes de porcins domestiques devrait figurer dans les actes applicables fixant les conditions d'importation si les pays concernés appliquent les dérogations relatives au prélèvement d'échantillons destinés à détecter la présence de Trichinella sur les porcins domestiques et s'il est officiellement reconnu que les exploitations ou les compartiments concernés appliquent des conditions d'hébergement contrôlées.
In order to ensure the correct application of this Regulation, third countries exporting domestic swine or meat thereof, should be listed in the relevant acts on import conditions if they apply the derogations on Trichinella sampling of domestic swine and if holdings or compartments are officially recognised as applying controlled housing conditions.

1. Lorsque, pour des raisons techniques, l’application du niveau indiqué, pour les données d’activité et pour chaque facteur de calcul d’un flux de combustible ou de matière, dans le plan de surveillance approuvé par l’autorité compétente se révèle temporairement impossible, l’exploitant concerné applique le niveau le plus élevé possible jusqu’à ce que les conditions permettant l’application du niveau approuvé dans le plan de surveillance soient rétablies.
1. Where it is for technical reasons temporarily not feasible to apply the tier in the monitoring plan for the activity data or each calculation factor of a fuel or material stream as approved by the competent authority, the operator concerned shall apply the highest achievable tier until the conditions for application of the tier approved in the monitoring plan have been restored.

Information on the official recognition of the holding of origin as applying controlled housing conditions should be included by an official veterinarian in the animal health certificates provided for in Council Directive 64/432/EEC (10) as regards intra-Union trade in swine and in Commission Regulation (EU) No 206/2010 (11) as regards imports into the Union of domestic swine from third countries in order to enable Member States to apply the appropriate Trichinella testing regime at slaughter and not to jeopardise the status of the holding of destination of swine for breeding or production.

2. Les exploitants du secteur alimentaire décident des fréquences d'échantillonnage appropriées à appliquer, sauf lorsque l'annexe I prévoit des fréquences particulières. Dans ce cas, la fréquence d'échantillonnage sera au moins celle prévue à l'annexe I. Les exploitants du secteur alimentaire prennent cette décision dans le cadre de leurs procédures fondées sur les principes HACCP et les bonnes pratiques d'hygiène, en tenant compte des instructions concernant l'utilisation des denrées alimentaires.
2. Food business operators shall decide the appropriate sampling frequencies, except where Annex I provides for specific sampling frequencies, in which case the sampling frequency shall be at least that provided for in Annex I. Food business operators shall make this decision in the context of their procedures based on HACCP principles and good hygiene practice, taking into account the instructions for use of the foodstuff.

considérant que les exigences fixées par le présent règlement devront être précisées, notamment en ce qui concerne les conditions d'utilisation et le pourcentage maximal du fumier ne provenant pas d'exploitations qui appliquent la méthode de production biologique, les caractéristiques et l'origine du mycélium; que, à cet effet, les travaux préparatoires devront commencer suffisamment tôt pour être achevés avant la fin de la période transitoire;
Whereas further refinement of the requirements as laid down in this Regulation should be considered, in particular with regard to the conditions of use including the maximum percentage of manure not from holdings producing according to the organic production method, the characteristics and the origin of the mycelium; whereas the preparatory works in this respect should be started in due time in order to be finalised before the end of the transitional period;
