TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

1. Pour autant qu'elle contribue au financement visé au point 15 en vue d'atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise commune Clean Sky 2 décrits à l'article 2 du présent règlement et qu'elle accepte les statuts de l'entreprise commune, toute entité juridique établie dans un État membre ou dans un pays associé au programme-cadre Horizon 2020 peut demander à devenir partenaire principal de l'entreprise commune Clean Sky 2 conformément au paragraphe 2 ci-dessous.
1. Provided that it contributes to the funding referred to in clause 15 to achieve the objectives of the Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking set out in Article 2 of this Regulation and accepts the Statutes of the Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking, any legal entity established in a Member State or in a country associated to the Horizon 2020 Framework Programme may apply to become a Core Partner of the Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking in accordance with paragraph 2.

Provided that it contributes to the funding referred to in clause 12 to achieve the objectives of the BBI Joint Undertaking set out in Article 2 of this Regulation, and accepts the Statutes of the BBI Joint Undertaking, any legal entity that directly or indirectly supports research and innovation in a Member State or in a country associated to the Horizon 2020 Framework Programme may apply to become a Member of the BBI Joint Undertaking.

Members and their national fusion organisations shall offer free of charge to the Joint Undertaking any title, rights and obligations arising under contracts concluded and orders placed by or with the support of Euratom in relation to the activities of the Joint Undertaking prior to its establishment.

Sans préjudice de l'article 154 du traité, tout différend entre des membres de l'entreprise commune ou entre un ou plusieurs membres de l'entreprise commune et l'entreprise commune, concernant l'interprétation ou l'application des présents statuts, qui n'est pas résolu par les bons offices du conseil de direction peut, à la demande de toute partie au différend, être soumis à un tribunal d'arbitrage.
1. Without prejudice to Article 154 of the Treaty, any dispute either between Members of the Joint Undertaking or between one or more Members and the Joint Undertaking concerning the interpretation or application of these Statutes, which is not settled by the good offices of the Governing Board, may, at the request of any party to the dispute, be submitted to an arbitration tribunal.

Sous réserve de l'article 20 , aucun paiement n'est effectué en faveur des membres de l'entreprise commune par répartition d'un éventuel excédent de recettes par rapport aux dépenses de l'entreprise commune, tout excédent de recettes restant à la disposition de l'entreprise.
Subject to Article 20 , no payment by way of division of any excess revenue over expenditure shall be paid to the members of the Joint Undertaking but shall continue to be made available to the Undertaking .
