L’entité requise qui reçoit un acte pour la signification ou la notification duquel elle n’est pas territorialement compétente transmet cet acte, ainsi que la demande, à l’entité requise territorialement compétente du même État membre si la demande remplit les conditions prévues à l’article 4, paragraphe 3, et elle en informe l’entité d’origine au moyen du formulaire type figurant à l’annexe I. L’entité requise territorialement compétente avise l’entité d’origine de la réception de l’acte selon les modalités prévues au paragraphe 1.
4. A receiving agency receiving a document for service but not having territorial jurisdiction to serve it shall forward it, as well as the request, to the receiving agency having territorial jurisdiction in the same Member State if the request complies with the conditions laid down in Article 4(3) and shall inform the transmitting agency accordingly using the standard form set out in Annex I. That receiving agency shall inform the transmitting agency when it receives the document, in the manner provided for in paragraph 1.
